Yes. The online consultation is free of charge and places you under no obligation. Your photos and health information are reviewed by the relevant physician, and you can speak with us in Turkish, English, German, French, Arabic or Russian.

Your coordinator will share a short photo guide for the treatment you are interested in. Usually, make-up-free photos taken in daylight against a plain background — from the front, the side and at an angle — are all that is needed. Your photos are used only for your medical assessment and are kept confidential.

After your physician's assessment, you receive a written plan setting out the recommended treatment, estimated treatment and recovery times, the number of days to stay in Istanbul and the services included. Your quote is based on this plan. Before you decide, you are welcome to discuss any question with your coordinator and physician.

Once your plan is confirmed, your personal Rebirth Panel access is set up. You see your treatment plan, appointments, flight and hotel details, documents and messages with your coordinator on one secure screen — and your follow-ups after you return home are planned there too.

For surgical procedures we suggest planning a few weeks ahead, which leaves comfortable time to arrange your physician's schedule, flights and accommodation. Non-surgical treatments can usually be arranged at shorter notice. Once your dates are confirmed, your coordinator arranges your appointments and all the logistics for you.

When you land in Istanbul, our VIP transfer team meets you and takes you straight to your hotel. Transfers for your consultation, treatment and check-ups are part of your plan, and on the day you leave we take you back to the airport.

Your stay is arranged at a carefully selected hotel with easy access to our office in Nişantaşı and our partner hospitals. Room type and length of stay are matched to your treatment; a calm, comfortable setting for your recovery is our priority.

Of course. Your companion can share your room and join your transfers, and this is built into your plan from the start. Especially after surgery, having someone familiar beside you in the first days makes the experience more comfortable.

The recommended stay depends on your treatment and is shown on each treatment page. Non-surgical treatments fit into a short visit, while surgical procedures need a longer stay so that your check-ups can be completed. We suggest booking your return flight for after the final check in your plan, when your physician confirms you are ready to travel.

Surgical procedures take place in our internationally accredited partner hospitals. Rebirthian holds an international health-tourism authorisation certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of Türkiye, and its certificate number is published on this site; our partner hospitals are also authorised for health tourism.

Your treatment is planned and carried out by a licensed physician specialising in the relevant field, supported by an experienced medical team. Like any medical procedure, aesthetic treatments carry risks, and these are discussed openly at your consultation. While you are in Istanbul your physician follows your recovery closely; once you are home, online follow-up continues and your coordinator is reachable 24/7. If needed, further examination or treatment is planned by your physician.

Your health data and photos are processed as special-category personal data in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only the team directly involved in your care can access them, and apart from legal obligations they are never shared or used for promotion without your explicit consent. Your package is built around your personal plan. Alongside the treatment itself, it usually covers physician and hospital services, the necessary tests and medication, your hotel, VIP transfers, your personal coordinator and online follow-up after you return home. Every item is listed in writing in your plan.

A deposit is taken to reserve your dates. The deposit amount, when the balance is due, accepted payment methods such as bank transfer or card, and the cancellation terms are all set out in writing in your quote, and your coordinator walks you through each step in advance.

Your plan lists everything included in your package, as well as anything that is not. If your in-person examination shows that the plan needs to change, this is explained to you before treatment, and nothing goes ahead without your approval.

Most health insurance policies do not cover aesthetic treatment, so we recommend checking your policy with your insurer. For your trip, we advise taking out travel health insurance that also covers travelling for medical treatment; your coordinator can point you in the right direction.
