When does botox take effect, and how long does it last?
It usually begins to work on day two to five and reaches its full effect at around two weeks. Depending on you and the area treated, it typically lasts 3–4 months.
How long do fillers last?
Hyaluronic-acid fillers are gradually and naturally absorbed by the body. How long they last depends on the area and the product: usually 6–12 months in the lips, and up to 12–18 months in the cheeks and jawline.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That decision is made with your physician after your skin analysis. HydraFacial suits radiance and hydration, fractional laser addresses texture and fine lines, and skin boosters support deep hydration and elasticity — and they are often combined in one plan.
How many sessions will I need?
HydraFacial can be a single, stand-alone session. Laser and skin boosters are usually recommended as a short programme a few weeks apart; you can begin in Istanbul and continue the programme on future visits.
Can a non-surgical lift replace a surgical facelift?
It does not give the same result. HIFU and thread lifting aim for a measured lift and firming in mild to moderate laxity, whereas a surgical facelift may be more suitable where there is significant excess skin. Which option suits you is discussed openly at consultation.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
With threads the effect begins with the treatment, and the initial tightness settles within 2–3 weeks. With HIFU, firming develops gradually over 2–3 months as new collagen forms. How long it lasts depends on age, skin and lifestyle; a fresh assessment is usually suggested after about a year.
